SIMPLE VEGAN PESTO
INGREDIENTS
60G BASIL LEAVES
1/4 cup walnuts/cashews/pistachios
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 garlic clove
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high speed food blender.
Blitz until everything is combineD. add a little water to blend if needed.
STORE IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO 5 DAYS.
