I added 1 tsp smoked paprika to the seitan seasoning and a whole scotch bonnet pepper and fresh thyme and less water to the broth marinade. http://phatgirlzthrive.com/recipe/alk... Ingredients

 

Kebab strips

1 1/2 cup spelt seitan

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/4 tsp coriander seeds, crushed

1/4 tsp onion granules

1/2 tsp (approx. 1 clove) garlic, grated

1/2 tsp ginger, grated

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp olive oil

 

Tahini Tzaktiki Sauce

120g coconut yogurt (small tub of The Coconut Collaborative)

1/4 cup (2-3 inches) cucumber, grated with most of the water drained

1/2 tsp (approx. 1 clove) garlic, grated

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp olive oil

2 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp water

1/4 tsp pink salt pinch of black pepper

 

Red Cabbage

1/2 cup red cabbage, grated

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp coconut sugar, or alternative sweetener

1/8 tsp garlic granules, onion granules, pink salt and pepper
